Month of constant diarrhea and nausea

Last month, I went to Florida and spent some time in both the ocean and at a water park. The 6th day in, I got very sick: started having intense diarrhea, nausea and felt overall exhausted. I thought for sure I had picked up a parasite or bacterial infection. A few days later, I came home and as it was the weekend, an on-call doctor prescribed antibiotics to treat both possibilities. The antibiotics didn't touch my symptoms and made me increasingly nauseas (more than I've ever felt in my life). I have since been back to my primary care doctor three times. She had me give stool samples which came back negative for everything. My antibiotics were switched several times (I took 5 different sorts in a month). My doctor said she thought that it was probably something viral since the antibiotics weren't making an impact and that I most likely just needed to wait it out. Last week, there were several days where I thought I was on an upswing so I figured she was right and that it'd run it's course. I went back to my normal day to day routine and then the day before yesterday, things got worse again. I started having the diarrhea (which is the consistency of water and unaffected by what I eat, even liquids won't stay) throughout the day and night. I haven't had a normal trip to the bathroom in a month now. The nausea is making me crazy. My history is basically healthy with the exception of having heart burn/acid reflux (this seems worse right now as well). I haven't thrown up, had any blood or had any other symptoms.  I intend to return to the doctor on Monday, but I'm feeling pretty desperate for answers. Help?

Sterilize your toothbrush or get a new one, sometimes that can reinfect people with colds, so I suppose it could do the same with your digestion.

Also, I started yesterday taking a heavy course of probiotics thinking perhaps the antibiotics had wiped all the good bugs out and screwed up my digestion.
