GallBladder pain ?

I've been having a pain in my right side for two months. The pain starts behind my ribs (not below) in the morning and will often move up my side to about 5 inches below my armpit and sometimes it is in my back but not between my shoulder blades.

I haven't noticed any pattern in a specific food causing the problem but the pain is always in one of those places. Sometimes it is very painful but mostly it is just uncomfortable.

I've had lots of bloodwork and x-rays on my kidneys, right ribs and chest. Everythingso far has come back mormal.  I'm scheduled for an Ultrasound on my Gallbladder on January 22nd. I've lost approximately 10 lbs since this started - mainly because I'm worried sick about it.

Has anyone had similar pain resulting from Gallballder problems.

Did any of yall find out anything?  I have the same sort of discomfort.  Mine will sometimes run in a line down past my belly button to my pelvic area though.  It's almost like I have something inflamed.  Mine isn't pain either, but it's annoying.

Its not really stomach pain but pain behind the right ribs and back. Regardless, the pain is still there.

I see an internist in a week.

What happened with your stomach pain? I am going thru the same thing and await
my lab and ultrasound results. I'm on a med now but it's not working that well. Some
but not enough.

U/S results are in... no stones or sludge. Its pretty bad when you're disappointed because you don't have stones but that's exactly how I feel.

I am scheduled for an Ultrasound 1/26.  I have similar pain and have had a number of tests.  I have also lost weight.  I am pretty much maintaining my weight now but I eat everything in sight (this is def. to good to be true)

Yes, this seems a lot like my symtoms before GB surgery. It would always be in the early am hours and somtimes it would be frightfully painfull, other times not so much but in the same region.. Let us know what the results are, all the best
