Help please

hi everybody im matthew a 16 year old male.

Well i just want to know if this might be gastroparesis or another gastro problem ill list the symptoms below aswell as meds and whats the doctor had done so far

symptoms:
nausea (i usually get it in the morning but it can last for most of the day)
vomiting(not often)
diarrhea
sometimes i get dull abdominal pain (but not often)
sometimes i get small spasms where i it feels like my stomach has a heartbeat

Medications:
i was put on somac but i don't think tht does anything
metaclopramide (which helps the nausea and help relieve my stomach)

Tests:
ultrasound
battery of bloodtests
urea breathe test

and thats pretty much it i have been anxious trying to find out what it is i have had this for a few months and it annoying but hopefully someone on this forum maybe able to help me.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend that you see a gastroenterologist about this if you haven't already.  You can also talk to your doctor about a gastric emptying scan (to test for gastroparesis).  In the meantime you can try a low-fiber, low-fat diet with many small meals throughout the days, with your doctor's approval.
