Upper Right Quadrant Discomfort After Meals

Im having right sided discomfort (feels muscular) if I eat too much food at one sitting?

Pain is usually right sided (sternum, breast, armpit, shoulder-blade, upper back) The discomfort is hard to describe. Its like an ache and muscular? Not emergency room type pain at all. Feels like I pulled a muscle or something?
Also very slow at releasing gas after meals (belching or flatulance) It comes out but first I get very bloated then slowly starts coming out about 30 minutes after eating.

I have been to my primary doctor and had an Upper Right Quadrant ultrasound (I have no gallstones and all normal) Liver is mildly fatty but doctor wasn't concerned.

I've gone low carb for the most part, successfully lost 10 lbs, as I have learned now to cut back on all my meals. I still have 80 lbs to lose.

Has anyone else been thru something similiar?

To follow up from my original post - I had an upper endoscopy and confirmed that what I had was gastritis causing my above symptoms.  I have since healed and 100% feeling better

I experience similar  symptoms. I'm also dealing with s great deal of sludge throughout my biliary system. But this is usually hard to detect, stones of course are more noticeable. Are your direct bilirubin or ALP levels floating around the maximum normal range? That would not be a flag of course, just a hint.
