Pregnant w/hemorrhoids, and white in stool?

I am 21, pregnant with my first child (26 weeks and 4 days along). I have had hemorrhoids better and worse for weeks now, and I also have heartburn/acid reflux every single day and night, which I do drink ACV, or baking soda for, as well as eat tums.
For the past maybe week, I have noticed some white spots and a white, tissue-like coating on some of my stool. Google only days this is cholestasis, but I really don't think that is at, as I do not have ANY other symptoms.
Any suggestions on what else this may possibly be?

I do have a doctor's appointment next week, if I still don't know by then...

Pregnancy, the joy . . . the sorrow.  I have been in your shoes and feel your pain.  My hemorrhoids were the size of golf balls and one was white as chalk  Freaky.  I will say that they went away within a couple of weeks after birth so you kind of just have to hang in there.  You can try prep H but doubt it will do much until after you deliver.  And oh, the heartburn.  I was so uncomfortable.  For me, it was in alter pregnancy but I could hardly eat.  I ate tums like they were a life source.  I would only eat tiny meals which helped and limited anything going toward bedtime such as drinking, even water.  My big treat was a bowl of grapes before bed.  They felt like I was eating, were refreshing, quenched thirst a bit and didn't give me heartburn.

Our stool is such that we make mucus to help with passage.  I would guess this is related to that.  But you can ask your doctor about it.  How far along are you?
