Pseudomonas aeruginosa in stool

Results from stool bacteriological examination shows stingy growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The lady from Labolatory told me that it is not bad, and she suggest to use probiotics only.
I have C-reactive protein is under 1.0 mg/L, WBC are in range. I have not fever.
Should I stay with probiotics suplementatnion only or ask doctor for antibiotic? (He can give me prescription
but I am not sure if it is really necessary).
