Reflux? No heartburn

always throwing up mabey a hour or more after eating. just one big mouthfull at a time. Kinda like i burb a mouthfull of liquid and food. Mostly mornings and evenings.  Strange thing is i have no heartburn or chest pain.  In mornings i have 1-2 cups of coffee. Hour later small carton of milk with pastry. 15 minutes later i'm burbing mouthfulls of clear black coffee.  Where'd milk go? Go to an early matenee movie. Popcorn (too much) Go home eat light dinner. meat, veg, starch. hour later belching huge mouthfulls of popcorn this happens every morning and evening no what i eat it seems. No pains just huge mouth full of whatever i eat or drink and mostly what i ate several hours ago and not what i ate most recently. Embarressing, i have to keelp a bucket by my desk. Luckaly home office. Mabey many years acid burn but not last 10 yrs or so Ive been dealing with this

all the food my gi said is detrimental if you have gi issues!!!!

try a more natural diet . bread, pasta, rice which is very good .

Thanx for reply. Just in denial. Want somebody too tell me it is somthing else so I don't have to change behaviors.  Don't wanna admit it's probably diet. It's especially bad when drinking milk, coffee or endulging in my nightly favorite habit ice cream.  Got appt with gi. Im sure he'll concure with you.

You don't have to have true 'heartburn' to be experiencing problems with acid reflux or other GI issues. In some people, symptoms of acid reflux can be atypical.

It sounds like you should visit your physician and ask for some testing to be done. In the meantime you may want to check into trying a GERD friendly diet and see if that's of some help. You can find a representative example at gicare.com and following the 'diet' link to a GERD diet.
