Dull pain near lower right abdomen, back and flank with severe constipation

I am 20 years old male. And from past 3-4 days i have very heavy stomach and also i had dull ache in lower right abdomen near the appendix area. So i went to see a doctor. He prescribed me some medication and pain went away.( he also told me that if it doesn't go away than get sonography done) and right now, i am severely constipated. I had one or two bowl moment when the stool was very heavy and very little. And from yesterday, i have mild backache or slight heaviness on the right flank and my urinatuon frequency is also decreased, although i was traveling in the car when the flank heaviness and dull pain in the buttcheek began but after using pain releaf spary, heaviness is still there. I don't know what happened to me. But if you can help out. I will be really helpful. Suggest me what to do next.
