Spleen tenderness, weight loss

I had H. pylori infection 2 years ago that I treated with a cocktail of antibiotics. My symptoms were constant belching. According to tests, I have gotten it out of my system, but the symptoms are still there (bloating, belching, gas). I read online that probiotics can help with those symptoms, so I took some. I had reactions to taking pills, so then I drank kefir and had similar reactions. Finally, I tried recently taking less amounts of kefir (tablespoon a day). I now have these symptoms:

-Very tender spleen, and pain in upper left back
-I have a lot of weight loss (165-150) lbs in a couple of months since I started the probiotics)
-On and off nausea
-When taking them, I have a very dizzy head/confused state of mind
-Right now I'm having dry coughs

I don't have a fever and my heat beat is normal.
I'm still wondering, though,if my reaction could lactobacillus bacteremia? I feel unwell at the moment and it's happened every time I ingest probiotics.

The burping has been going on for more than 2 years now and I am worried that it's indicative of a serious problem, along with my unusual reactions to ingesting probiotics
