Frequent vomiting of bitter clear fluid

I have had a problem that started about 4 months ago. I a times feel fatigued and light headed with an urge to throw up. When I vomit, I expel a clear fluid that is very bitter in test (lemon like). I tend to feel much better after throwing up. This feeling is spontaneous. I have done full blood tests, kidney and liver checks, CRP tests, Brain MRI scan, stool and urinalysis test (Most recent on 30th Dec 2015) and they are all normal.

The doctors can't seem to find the problem so far, with all tests requested being negative. i do believe there is something that needs to be addressed. Any thoughts on this?

If this starts to happen regularly, I suggest asking your doctor about cyclic vomiting syndrome. That is how mine started. Google it. See if it sounds similar to what you are going through.
