What could be a cause of high lipase?

I'm a senior lady, slim, active, no medication, only some supplements. Since May, 2016 I have had a high lipase serum -132 (lab's reference 13-60), two months earlier was 117. Ultrasound of abdomen normal, MRI of abdomen fine only moderate enlargement of liver. CA 19-9 fine. Liver panel tests good.
Dr. doesn't know why, another tests in 3 months. I don't have any pain, asymptomatic. I'm on low carbs diet since May 2016 to control BS, it's below 100. I'm thinking of taking some acupunture sessions. I would like to do something to decrease my lipase. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
