Severe Bloating since heart attach and new meds

I have suffered from excess acid on and off over the last 10 years and been diagnosed with h.pylori twice. I have tried Omeprazole and din't like the dry itching skin so came off of it and controlled it with diet and occasional anti acid chews.
I had a mild heart attach 3 years ago and was put onto a standard medication plan - bisoprolol, lorartan, amlodipine, clopidogrel, asprin, omacor, lanzoperaole, (as was taking asprin and had suffered reflux previously) and tamoxifen after treatment for low testosterone with testogel.
Since then I have had severe bloating, mostly during the day and sometime having only taken my medication. I never had any acid reflux or associated pain just this horrible bloating which sometime affects breathing and gets very painful, sometimes like someone is squeezing around the stomach. I had heard that it could be caused by lanzoperazole and have switched to esomeprazole but it's the same.
My stools are yellow and pasty most of the time and when treated for h.pylori they returned to a normal color for a period, the same happened when on antibiotics for a chest infection.
I have had a gastroscopy and endoscopy but they show nothing and 8 years ago was tested for celiac disease but that was negative too. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. It's interesting you mention hormone imbalance because I have a pituitary cyst that has caused low testosterone and very low but in-range GH. I have always been big but wasn't fat, just pretty muscular up until the pituitary problems started. I went from never leaving a minute free busy to using the weekend to recover energy for the week ahead.
I am wondering now if I should ask my endocrinologist to look at this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation. Bloating could be a symptoms of a number of conditions including GI infections/ inflammations, GI motility disorders, hormonal/ endocrine imbalance, stress, medication side effect etc. Without a definite diagnosis at hand, it would be difficultly to suggest a management plan. If proton-pump inhibitors have not been effective other medications such as H2 blockers that reduce gastric acidity may be considered. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by a gastroenterologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
