What is under my top Right Rib Cage?

When i push on the upper portion and outside edge of my right rib cage, I can feel something move under my rib. It's not a lump, it's just a movement I feel can feel.
What is this?

Thanks Kaneda2112, It's not really causing me any pain unless I'm actually pushing on it and then afterwards it almost feels like a sore muscle, could that be possible? Is this something I should worry about?
