black spots on my stool again

I was diagnosed with h pylori a month ago and got the triple therapy for two weeks. The pain stopped for a while but I feel it coming a little bit at night. I have an appointment in two weeks time to do the blood and stool test again to check if the infection is back. This morning I noticed again black spots on my stool what are the chances it can again?

Then you should have a Hemoccult test, it's probably blood from the stomach. After that you should discuss with the doctor about adjusting of your anti-acid drugs. Even if H. pylori infection is cured, gastritis may persist and develop into ulcer from other causes (increased gastric acid secretion, aspirins, alcohol, acidic food etc).

Black threads or patches may be blood from gastric bleeding, probably from gastric ulcer.
Black pepper-like balls may be clumps of bacteria (overgrown normal or harmful ones)  or candida.
