There's no way for anyone to really know - including your doctor - before all the test results are in and all those results are put together to form a conclusion. By itself, all is means is the size is bigger than what would be considered strictly normal. But what the possible enlargement is due to shouldn't be assumed.

I believe it may refer to a portion of the duodenum which is 'divided' into 4 sections when it is described. The portion of the duodenum adjacent to the 'end of the stomach', the pylorus, and 2 other sections form a curve, or a "C" loop. A portion of that "C" can be found close to the esophagus. .
