dilated blood vessels in ultrasound KUB

I had recently undergone ULTRASOUND KUB .It showed dilated blood vessels in lower abdomen.

What can be the cause of the dilated blood vessels.

should i consult a gastroenterologist or a  GP?

This most likely means nothing.  Did you have an ultrasound or a KUB (x-ray of the abdomen)?
