What is going on?

I was on the antibiotic minocycle for more than a month, since then (3-4 months later i have had multiple discomforts) about 3-4 weeks ago i had 6 days of burning pain in between mutliple days of chestdiscomfort and constant belching.  I have smoked quite a bit of pot on and off(not during the pain), whether that plays a roll my gastroenterologist didnt seem to go into it.  I just had an endoscopy, waiting for microscopic results(- on internal stuff) and for the past weekdays i have had an odd, almost like i small rip/ weird rippling feeling in the lower portion of my body( i cant tell whether its my stomach or back or lower, its internal and its starting to drive me really nuts.  Any thoughts?  hoping i have a fungal infection or some results in the microscopic portion

I am also a 20 year old male with asthmatic history but ive been physically feeling fine in the breathing department and my stomach hasnt been in pain, only chest

By prilosec i meant omeprazole

I also have had weird stomach twitching but for the most part the chestdiscomfort has subsided.  I have been on prilosec ofr over 2 weeks
