Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation. While in most cases where conservative/ medical/ interventional options have failed, surgical options are usually considered; these may not be preferable options in children below 12-13 years of age but may still be considered if the symptoms are a constant source of morbidity. I would suggest discussing the situation and the suggested management options in detail with her treating gastroenterologist.

Are insurance won't pay for the procedure
I have gastroparesis also but i was fourtunate enough to only experience nausea. Im so sorry for the situation you are going through. I dont know but would the you be willing to maybe chat with her doctor about a gastric neursimulator? This has made my life amazing. Im not sure if they do it on kids her age but im sure they would if its this severe:) thanks good luck!
