My stomach hurts and gets bloated every time i eat anything!

I am tired of not being able to have 1 normal meal at least one with out pain and disconfort :( . For the last 7 months or so it got even worse.

It all started with constipation. (3 years ago)  Been suffering with constipation/bloating ever since.
Then my stomach started burning every morning. So  I have to eat something as soon as i wake up because of the burning. Now i can't eat nothing! even a peanut will make my stomach ache, bloat up and nausea!. Its a horrible pressure/bloating/pain. It feels like my heart starts bitting faster and i start feeling sick. I  can't pass gas (neither exit) My stomach takes about 3-4 days to be able to digest food. and If im lucky i go to the bathroom once a week.  When i eat a "normal" size meal i get this mean cramps on the left side of my lower abdomen.  SO PAINFUL i literally have to stop doing what im doing and lay down. Brown mucus and white "Fat" looking stuff comes out on my stool. Sometimes blood comes out. I don't know what to do.! is there anything i can eat?! What is this that affects my stomach soooo much???!!!!  please HEEEELP!

Am wondering if this could be IBS maybe do some research online and see if symptoms match,it may also be a stomach virus, there seem to be many gastro problems this year, hope you feel better soon

Did you mention the rectal bleeding to the doctor?  Have you tried a GERD friendly diet?

Thanks so much!! Yes I have. But since I don't have health insurance I went to a medical clinic and they told me that I have an ulcer and prescribed ranitidine 300mg
But it doesn't seem to work sometimes. I just recently bought this over the counter antacid that it's actually working. I finally got some relieve after months of constant pain. I don't eat a whole lot though because I still nausea and pain. :)
