Do you have panic attacks on other occasions?

Dizzines after the meal, if ot occurs only sometimes, may be from food allergy.

Other possibility is a rapid gastric emptying, when the food comes fast into duodenum, is absorbed fast, glucose in blood rises and then falls rapidly, what leads to anxiety, rapid heart beat, sweating (effects of adrenalin).

It may be a symptom of diabetes (or pre-diabetes).

I don't know, but glucose in blood in fasting and after the meal should be checked (endocrinologist). Other investigation done by gastroenterologist is test for the speed of gastric emptying.
