Could this be appendicitis?

So, I was just woken up with some abdominal pain in my lower right abdomen...

When I sleep, I lay face-down, and doing so makes the pain come back. Sitting up, standing, and laying on my back are fine. But, there is a sort of pressure in the area. It's not really strong or painful, but it's there. Other than that, I am burping a lot for no reason - At time of writing the last time I ate was nearly 10 hours ago.

Of the other common symptoms I found searching medical articles, I don't have the passing gas, I don't have fever, nausea, or loss of appetite. Pushing on the area slowly and then rapidly releasing (another test of appendicitis I've been suggested) doesn't cause the pain to return.

I currently don't have insurance, as I was unemployed recently and have yet to find a job... so I'd really like to avoid going to the doctor if at all possible. If I think it's dangerous, I won't be stupid about it, but right now, I don't know if these symptoms are enough to warrant concerns. It sounds just enough like it could be, but not enough for me to instantly think of going to the doctor.

For some demographic information, I'm a 24 year-old male, about 250 lbs. with no known prior medical conditions (diabetes, heart disease, etc.)
