lower abdomen and lower back pain left side

i have bad pains in the lower left side just above pelvic area and in the lower left side of my back,ive had a colonoscopy scope,cat scan,blood wrk,urine test,nothing has been found yet.I have alot of gas in the am but seem to pass it with out any cramps,the pain is alot worse in the am and some evenings it goes away completely.It is extremly hard to bend over just to tie my shoes,any suggestions

have you injured your back?  you might want to see if a back injury or disk problem is the cause of your back pain.

have you tried putting pressure on the muscles there? it could be a illuiginal ligamental strain or muscle strain both are hard to differ from actual abdominal pain and for your back...it would make sense that your back would hurt to...i have same symptoms on both sides of my body but mine is better in the AM your could be worse because how you sleep, try ibuprofen to see if it helps any and try sleeping with a pillow under your knees to be sure there is no muscle tension in that area
