lower left abdominal pain

Severe LL abdominal pain getting persistantly worse over 2 days. low grade fever today. Pain is intense, and radiates into rectum. jarring when sitting or walking intensifies the pain. Feel I cannot pass all stool and pain is worse when pushing and feel as if insides want to rupture and fall out.  Had diarrhea for 2 wks and now go for days without BM.  Keeps me up at night or wakes me up and no change of position makes it feel better. Cannot push gas out and stomach making high pitched noises on L side only. silent and pain free on right
