undigested food in feces for a year, vomiting for a year .. scared.

I'm a 26year old female. throughout periods of my life I've had intestinal problems. I usually have about 5 to 6 bowel movements a day(this is normal for me). My bowels have always been loose and piecey, never firm and sometimes I will have seen undigested food in my feces(occasionally). But in the past year, this problem has gotten far worse. I see everything I eat in my bowels. Im not talking about ruffage, Im talking about pieces of bagels, pieces of chicken, cheese, noodles, carbs, steak, etc. Its absolutely ridiculous. And if i dont go 5 to 6 times a day, the nausea I feel is horrible, throwing up things I ate 12 - 16 hours prior, undigested. After I vomit, there is an increase in mucus that I need to spit up and when I do its tainted with blood. I had an upper gi scope done, that showed nothing. No signs of chron's disease, no h-pylori, no ulcers, no signs of colitis. It's getting worse and worse as the days go by. I have upper and lower abdominal pain. I eat boiled rice and chicken for weeks and that offers no relief, still seeing pieces of rice and chicken in my bowels. This has been making me very anxious and is disturbing my quality of life. Its a struggle to go to work everyday and be a mother to my 2 children. Im worried and anxious, just looking for some insight, or seeing if anyone has experienced these kinds of symptoms, any and all replies will be warmly welcome.

Because foods high in fiber make your stomach problem worse, that is a big indicator that you have gastroparesis.  I have gastroparesis and even before I knew I had it, fiber always made me worse.  Good luck.

Thank you for the warm welcome! Unfortunately, foods high in fiber seem to make my stomach problems worse. I have an appointment with a Gi this week, so i'll ask her about the 4hr scan, I know she wants to do a colonoscopy and some bloodwork. But ill definitely ask her about that, thank you very much!

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Have you done anything to try and change the consistency of your bowels?  If not, I would recommend adding more fiber to your diet.  Because you say that you are throwing up things you ate many hours ago, I would recommend asking your doctor for a gastric-emptying scan (the 4 hour version) to check for gastroparesis.  This might be causing some of your problems.
