How long for recovery and what else can I do for a knee arthroscopy?

I had surgery over 10 months ago for a lateral meniscus tear in my knee.  This is the second surgery I have had on this same knee.  The previous surgery I had a medial meniscus tear about 5 years ago.  I am very active and cycle about 5 hours a week and about 5 hours a week of more weight bearing exercise.  I have not been able to regain full flexibility to the knee, I am lacking  10 degrees of motion.  I ice my knee most every day after exercising.  I completed a series of 3 shots of Euflexxa about 6 weeks ago and have felt no difference from that.  I started physical therapy twice a week for the last three weeks which lasts about 1.5 hours each session and have plans to continue for a few more weeks.  I have also had injections of Kenalog.  Nothing I have done seems to improve my flexibility or the soreness.  I know there is minimal arthritis behind the knee cap which may be some of the contributing factors.  I am feeling a bit frustrated that I am not progressing any faster and thinking I may need another MRI to see if there is another tear maybe?  What is the normal healing time for this kind of injury and what more could I do?
