Concern about HIV infection please help

Hi Doctors

Here is my situation, I am uncircumcised male and I have herpes 1 & 2. 10 months ago I went to Dominican Republic specifically Punta Cana for a bachelor party.  I visited disco clubs twice, there I had sex with a CSW one each night, I assume they were clean since the price they charged were not cheap at all. Anyway first night, the CSW gave me a protected oral sex, then we proceeded to have protected vaginal sex, I did not ejaculate, then we had a quick may be 3 sec french kiss. I did not notice any sore on her mouth before I kissed her. Second night I went to a different disco club, again I had sex with a CSW. First she gave me a unprotected oral sex, I did not notice any sore on her mouth, or bleeding on her gum, then she put a condom on me, we proceeded to have vaginal sex, this went on for about 3 to 4 min, I guess I had a little too much alcohol, I went soft, so I stopped to rest, but I foolishly took of the condom, after a min or two, the CSW decided to resume, but she did not realize I no longer have condom on, as she was about to mount me, I stopped her and reminded her I did not have condom on. She thanked me, and stopped. I am fairly sure there was no contact between my penis and her vagina. So she proceeded to give me a unprotected blow job. I came in her mouth. After that I got up and left. During the whole trip, I did not notice any lesion / sores on my penis. Since then I do not have any obvious symptoms, except about a month after the trip, I saw some red dots on the head of penis, I went to see a urologist, he said there is nothing to worry, it was a case of fungal infection because I am uncircumcised.
Because I used condom during my visit with CSW, after I came back I continue to have unprotected sex with my girlfriend. She had a STD screening done about 72 days after I came back from the trip, and her HIV test came back negative.

My questions is base on what I have described, was I at any risk of contracting HIV?
Please help

Thank you doctor for getting back to me. Your answer is very  reassuring. Just one more question, as I stated that I am fairly sure there was no contact between my penis and her vagina without condom, just in case my recollection is wrong, if there was some brief contact on the surface, but I know for sure there was definitely no penetration of any kind, could I still be at risk of contracting HIV

Welcome to our Forum. I will be glad to address your question.  The short answer is that the two exposures you describe did not put you at any risk for HIV.  There was no risk for HIV and no need for testing.

To provide a bit more detail:
1.  As you suggest, most CSWs do not have HIV or for that matter, HIV.
2.  Even if one of your partner did:
     a.  HIV is not transmitted with condom protected sex.
     b.  There are no cases in which HIV has been acquired as the result     of receiving oral sex.
      c.  HIV is not transmitted through French kissing.
       d.  Your rash is in no way suggestive of HIV

I hope these comments help.  EWH
