Dear Doctor,
As your advise, I went for a professional metal help. There is one more thing I am worried. The doctor let me have a test. I wear a symple equipment like a hat, it test my reaction. But the hat is wet, expecially the belt which attached to it. The belt is fasten in my lower chin. I ask the Doctor, She said the fluid is normal saline. I am afraid because many persons wear the equipment. I just shaved 20 minutes ago, it has a little cut in my skin. If someone before me have a cut, left some blood in the fluid, Is there any risks?
Final answer. Your English is fine. No risk.
Further anxiety-driven questions will be delted without comment. EWH

Dear doctor,
I met a new thing. I went to massage with friend.after massage I saw there were some blood on the girl's hand.she has a cut, it's healed, but it bleeding again.i saw some blood left on my foot, it is a foot massage. there is not cut in my body, but there is some small skin damaged the day before yesterday.during massage, the girl pressed my foot with her biggest power. If the blood is infected, is there any risk? By the way, I have contacted with doctor for my mental anxoius.but I think this is not just a OCD problem, i need your advice. please help me!my last question.
Correct. You need to seek help. There will be no further answers on this site. EWH
Thank you doctor. I know I concern too much about it. From your answer, I know even I touched the infected material, like blood, secretion, then touch my skin wound, because the fluid is exposed to environment,it couldn't infected me. Is my idea correct?
Welcome back to the Forum. I am sorry that you are so worried about HIV- you should not be. HIV is not a common infection, even among groups traditionally thought to be at risk such as persons with multiple sex partners or person with same sex partners. Further, even when exposed to persons with HIV, the infection is not easy to spread. In adults, the infection is transmitted ONLY by genital or ano-genital intercourse or through injection of infected material DEEP into tissue. It is not transmitted by casual or surface contact, by touching, by hugging, or on contact with environmental surfaces like toilet seats, exposed wires or counter tops. The virus is fragile and dies almost immediately on exposure to the environment (air, drying, room temperature).
It is clear from you two recent posts to me that you are overly concerned about HIV and that this inappropriate fear is not good for you. None of the activities you describe suggest any need for concern of for testing. Your questions do however suggest that it might be beneficial for you to talk about these unwarranted concerns with a therapist or counselor.
I hope my comments and advice are helpful. EWH
Your risk for HIV is zero...The virus itself is so fragile outside of the body that transmission would be non-existent. Remember, HIV can only be transmitted through blood, semen (including precum), vaginal secretions, and breast-milk. I hope this helps
