Excuse my anxiety

I 've written here on the forum: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/Golden-Shower/show/2004207
Please Helpe me:
5 days: I started taking corticosteroids . Stayed a week as well .
Around 12 days: I stopped taking the steroids , I started to get bad , I went to the doctor and she told me it was a viral sinusitis . I was surprised , I associated the word virus with my golden shower event and HIV .
I spent over a week with mild symptoms of sinusitis . Splashing one Nasal corticosteroids . About 3 weeks after exposure felt itchy leg when I went to see had a wound 0.5cm . The next day appeared in two other leg. A week later came another ankle . Looks like an insect bite . Today they just as dry wounds , with one shell on top. At the same time it appeared the wound in the leg , a lump appeared near the armpit. The size of a pea , round and sore. The other day I squeezed , came out a little pus, and she dried . Today still has the lump I squeezed two days ago and again came out pus. Today I continue with some symptoms of sinusitis. Runny nose , cough and back pain ( very little ) .
1 - The golden shower event is zero risk for HIV and other STDs ? Even I drinking , having blood in her urine , mouth sores and I ? I had an oral herpes and urine passed over . The Listerina help in this case ?
2 - Those wounded in the leg could be a rash ? This lump in the armpit could be a lymph node ?
3 - The name rash terrifies me, because I feel an itch, scratch it turns when a wound. And I realize that bleeds. Today appeared in one arm. Rash itches? bleeds when you scratch
4 - It is mandatory for everyone to have ARS ? ARS always comes with fever and sore throat ? How would ARS ?
5 - appeared a few pimples on the shoulders , chest and back. Is this relevant ? It could be because of steroids ?

MedHelp permits a maximum of 2 questions every 6 months on the professionally moderated forums (see Terms and Conditions), in order to prevent domination of forums by anxiety driven or repetative questions.

The answers to these questions are 1) yes, 2) no, 3) yes.

This is not a psychological support service, and you may not keep returning with every additional anxiety-driven question that comes to mind.  Trust me on this:  there is NO information you can think of that would change my opinions or advice.  Your risk for HIV is zero.  Believe it, accept it, and move on with your life.  This thread is over; any more comments will result in deletion of the entire thread.

Dr, Thank you for all the help you gave me.

If you do not mind, I have only 3 questions and after that promise only return here with the results of my tests.

1 - In the situation I described, the tests are conclusive?
2 - Rash of ARS have pus when squeezed?
3 - By their experience then my risk is zero? I follow this month carefree?

Thank you Dr. Their knowledge and their experiences have been very important to me. I promise I'll stop here.

Thank you!

This week I will do a test for who is a blood donor. They say that the test window period is 2-3 weeks. I do not know which test it is, but being in five weeks I assume that is conclusive ? Here in Brazil has not quick test . Not OraQuick . The test takes a month to leave the result . So I'm using the forum. I do not want to stay another month in this agony.

This additional information does not change my opinion or advice.  Your wife's lip problem does not sound like herpes -- and this symptom also does not suggest ARS.

Report your HIV test result, but otherwise this thread is closed.

I'm sorry to hear that you continue to worry about your "golden shower" event a few weeks ago.  It is entirely unnecessary.  Your symptoms still do not suggest ARS, herpes, or ay other STD.  And I am certain your wife's symptoms also have nothing to do with your outside sexual contact.

1) The answer is the same as last time:  no risk. The Listerine makes no difference one way or th eother.

2,3) I can't say the causes of these symptoms, but not STD or HIV.  See a doctor if they continue or you remain concerned about them.

4) Most people with new HIV infections have ARS sympotms, but many do not.  The way to know for certain is to have an HIV test.

5) The pimples are not relevant.  Systemic steroids can cause a pimple-like rash, but nasal steroid treatment cannot.

As I said last time, you should have an HIV test for reassurance.  This does not mean I believe you have HIV; I do not.  But the negative result will be more helpful in resolving your fears than anything I can say.  Feel free to return with another comment to let me know the result after you are tested.  Until then, however, I will have no other comments or advice.

Regards--  HHH, MD

Additional detail . Today makes 17 days that I had sex with my wife and ejaculated inside her . She is well , did not show any symptoms . Just a ball that appeared on the upper lip , I do not know if it's spine or oral herpes . This is worrying ? Oral Herpes would be a symptom of ARS ? Whenever I read about oral ulceration .

Sorry this huge post. I promise it's the last . Please do not delete my profile and help me . I need advice from experienced doctors like you.
