Hiv risk from wound exposure to vaginal secretion.

Thank you doc for your previous answer and i hope you would be patient enough to answer my follow up question.
I have understood that oral sex is zero risk for hiv.
It came to my mind that i might have had high risk exposure as i had an open wound in my lower back and the masseuse was sitting on my back totally naked while massaging me. After the massage i scratched  the wound and there was blood on my fingernail.
1 - What is the risk of acquiring HIV in this scenario : open  wound gets into direct contact with vaginal secretion : e.g.  have an open injury on my back and the masseuse was sitting naked in my back with her vagina in direct contact with the wound.
2- assuming i got infected what is the risk of  infecting my partner 4 weeks after exposure by peforming non protected vaginal sex to her without coming inside her.

In preparing to answer this question I reviewed some of your many other interactions with Dr. Handsfield and on our community sites.  It seems that you are having great trouble getting past your fears over your exposure.  You need to.  It is unlikely that your masseuse had HIV or, even if she did, it is not possible to acquire HIV in the manner you describe.  Surface contamination of the sort of wound you describe does not carry risk for HIV.

I would suggest that it is time for you to consider seeking counseling for your continuing, unwarranted fears related to this event.  I say this out of concern for you, nothing more.  It appears that you are spending an inappropriate amount of concern worried about this and I suspect it is effecting your normal activities.  EWH

I will not continue to feed your anxiety.  This will be my final answer.  If you obtain BOTH a PCR test and a test for HIV antibodies at this time, the results will be definitive.  In fact, at 9 weeks, the antibody test alone would provide definitive results, if you needed testing.  As I have already told you however, there is nothing about your history that suggests a need for testing.

This will complete this thread.  Further anxiety driven questions will be deleted without comment. EWH

As i could not wait Today i went to the lab and did an HIV PCR test , i am at 9 weeks after exposure, I will get the results either this friday or next mondy.
How conclusive are the pcr tests after 9weeks? How likely that my test results will be negtive ? I tested already negative 4 days after exposure using the hiv architect combo test.

Thank you doctor for your reply. I am expecting my Blood test results in two weeks. I hope that will put an end to my fears. For now I will take what you and the rest of the community have told me to put my mind to rest.
