Wow.
I rarely post here, but I read all the time.
I'm astonished that you would respond to Dr. H that way.  He is simply following the rules of the forum.
Have a little respect.  My God--the man answers the same questions over and over and over........
I think its admirable the way he can keep his composure and still be kind.  He definitely doesn't need attitude like yours.

Of course I didn't answer your question.  This isn't your thread.  And you can easily find the answers you want in other threads.  Search for "HIV transmission risk".

Doc, you still did not answer my question. You respond to countless people saying their HIV risk was "nonexistent" or "zero risk." Yet the act performed was "unprotected vaginal sex with person of unknown HIV status." I would like to know what you consider to be a risk? I would think unprotected vaginal sex with an unknown hiv status person would fit under the category of risky behavior.

K, I dont have HIV...ill take that and run with it.  Do you think the canker sores are anything to worry about or be tested for.  Thanks.

You have already been told that your test results prove you do not have HIV.  Therefore, no matter what symptom you have, it is not due to HIV.  That applies to canker sores or anything else.

You may not continue to post anxiety-driven, nonsensical questions.  One more will get you banned from any participation in this forum.

See a mental health professional.

You should be 100% certain your 12 week HIV test was accurate in assessing your HIV status. Congrats on your negative test.

Now I have a question for the Doc. You routinely respond to many MANY people here that their HIV risk was essentially a "zero risk." But this gentleman stated that he had "unprotected vaginal sex." Wouldnt that constitute some form of "risk"? What is considered "risk" to you? I would think unprotected vaginal sex with a person of unknown HIV status should merit some form of risk and worry.

Judging by all the symptoms on this forum, I would bet that worldwide stress kills more people than HIV and all the other major deadly diseases, yeah?. If it does, then we need all need to work overtime PRONTO on a cure for stress instead of HIV, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc!! ha ha ha. kidding!  NOT! (Borat Style) lol.

anyone care to comment?

Sorry, neither this nor any other online source can diagnose someone by their description of symptoms and I won't try.  This is an HIV prevention site, and you provide information that proves that whatever is causing your symptoms isn't HIV.  The place to get the answers is from seeing a health care provider in person.  (What did your doctor say about them?)  I'll just say there are many conditions other than HIV that can cause the various symptoms you describe.  I see no reason for further HIV testing.  With modern tests, it never takes 6 months for the test to turn positive, regardless of what your doc said.

I'm completely mystified by all these concerns about popping/cracking joints. EVERYONE's joints pop/crack sometimes. It's NORMAL. Only if you feel pain is there a possible underlying problem (like arthritis or damaged ligaments, for example... *not* HIV).

Want to know what makes your joints pop? The fluid that lubricates your joints contains gases, and the sound is from the gases forming bubbles (that's the sound you get when you crack your knuckles). The sound you're probably getting from your ankles and knees is the probably the sound of your tendons slipping as the joint moves.

YOU DON'T HAVE HIV. If you can't seem to let this go, seek counseling.

Your negative HIV test result prove 100% that you didn't catch HIV. (Which was almost zero risk anyway.)  Your symptoms have to be due to something else.  You don't need further testing and you can resume sex with your regular partner.
