Welcome to the forum. But to be honest, I have to wonder why you are here. The way to know whether you were infected with HIV is to have a test for it. Enough time has passed for completely reliable testing.
That said, you describe an exposure with almost no chance of HIV transmission. Oral sex carries little or not risk; and you used a condom for vaginal sex. Further, the large majority of sex workers in most countries, including Costa Rica, do not have HIV. To your specific questions:
1,2) No risk.
3) These symptoms do not suggest HIV, which generally causes overt blisters that become open sores -- not just a few red bumps that clear up rapidly.
From a medical or risk assessment standpoint, you don't need testing for HIV. But as I suggested above, when people are worried about HIV, the answer to their worries is to be tested. You definitely can expect negative results.

Yes, HSV not HIV. Pardon the typo.

Just out of curiosity did you mean, HIV or Herpes? Does the ARS rash cause blisters?
Thank you.
Solid. No more testing is needed.
Dr, HHH, just to let you know that today i got my results from the Home Access test and it was negative at 9 weeks. Should I re-test or consider these results solid? THanks
