Hi all,

I did a HIV test P24 at 2 weeks. Negative.

I did another HIV P24 ag/ab Rapid at 31 days. Negative.

Is it conclusive?

Thank you.

If you were testing for the masturbation incident you mentioned in herpes, you had ZERO risk for HIV or any STDs. Any test you take at any time will be negative, and conclusive.

Hi CurfewX,

Thank you for your reply. Yes that is correct that I posted on the herpes forum before.

Not only was there mutual masturbation but the tip of my penis was licked.

I was tested with some infection of the urine. Not sure if it’s UTI/NGU. Both Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia was negative.

Tomorrow will be 6 weeks since my exposure. I have completed my course of antibiotics to treat the infection.

I’m still extremely worried. What other tests should I be taking to make sure I have piece of mind? Do I even need testing still?

I understand if this thread will be closed too. Im just extremely worried. The tip of my penis still looks a bit red but less compared to weeks ago.

I thank you so very much.
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You didn't need ANY tests, and you certainly don't need any more tests.
Thank you CurfewX

For responding.

One last question. Should I test for HSV?

Your questions about HSV have been fully answered, and we are not going to revisit them in the HIV Prevention forum: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Herpes/What-are-my-chances-of-herpes/show/3076695
