4 weeks negative

Hello, I did mistake and had sex with a girl of unknown status , I use two pair of condom which i came to know that's not the right way . But I do check not broken, I was extremely worried 3 days I got groin pain on my right leg upto now i have it, then afterward got all ars symptoms.  My partner got something like heatrash she is having it for more than 2 weeks and reoccurring.  2 weeks I had 4 th gen rapid test negative,  31 days later rapid test , I don't know if its 3rd or 4th gen lucky it was negative . I was happy to move on with my life but Internet saying 4 week not reliable I'm healthy man with good immune if my symptoms have anything to do with ARS do you think I might have reactive result by now.
Also does hiv rash reoccur or it appear once and goes away , groin pain only on right side of my leg indicate early infection, does test overrules those symptoms . Dp i need another test at 12 weeks I care alot for my partner

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, you did not do any of the activities on the list of risks.  The reason you should not wear 2 condoms is that the friction of the 2 condoms rubbing together can cause them to break. But when a condom breaks, it is OBVIOUS. Your condom(s) did not break, so you had NO RISK for HIV.

You did not need to test even once. You do not need to test again.

You should see your doctor about your non-HIV related medical issues if they concern you.  They are NOT ARS symptoms since you had zero risk for HIV.

So now i can move on with my life without stress. I was paranoid for my partner going for her antenatal check up months to come and last time she was negative so I wanted to be sure and atleast have the courage for testing.  What  dou think test at 2 to 4 weeks to clear doubts since i  had zero risk. Can I put this madness behind me now
The choice to put this event behind you is in YOUR power alone. You didn't have any risk, so you should just move on. There is no reason to test for a disease that you cannot possibly have.
I wil take your advise curfew, first Dr I visited who tested at exactly at 2 weeks also advice me the same to let go and move on. I think it's time
Your encounter was a non-event but you have decided to imagine an impossible infection occurred. Your test was a placebo test, so it was a  waste of your time.
There are 1,000s of diseases and conditions that you can actually get with ZERO warning, and there isn't enough time to test for all of them every day of your life, so it is quite silly for you to fixate on a disease you can't have and test for it.
Hello guys quick update
I test again yesterday after 8.5 weeks of exposure. I did the test on local hospital bt I don't know if its 2 or 3rd gen, test written hiv 1 & 2 only will it make any difference? I heard from this forum antibody test is 99% reliable at 8 weeks & conclusive at 3 months. I know you guys  seen alot of patients hiv does ARS symptoms persist after 2- 3 months after exposure as I was sick on & off. No dr should figure what is causing my constant fever . Clarify me with facts I have booked for full body checkup
You aren't listening and we are volunteers. At some point, you are wasting our time to keep saying the same thing over and over so this should be the LAST response you receive here related to this. No risk. Testing was unnecessary because you can't get HIV if you never had a risk. Get help with your anxiety. good luck
