Does a single inflamed node( lymphadenectasis) suggest HIV?

About two weeks ago I had a sex. I remembered that my penis touched the vaginal fluid(because i used my hand to pick off the condom, then my hand got her vaginal fluid, and my hand then touched my penis ), but outside the body, and tomorrow(the next day) I got a inflamed node at my oxter, but it is the only one and i still feel aching now. Does a single inflamed node(lymphadenectasis) suggest Acute infection of HIV?

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO RISK for HIV.  There is no detail that you could add to this story to make it a risk for HIV.  I don't know what is causing your lymph node to be inflamed, but it isn't HIV.

Thank you for answering my question. But what if somebody jerks off by himself and his hand has vaginal fluid with HIV? Will he gets HIV? Assume that his penis has no wound and no blood flows out.
HIV is inactivated by air so vaginal fluid on the hand and then masturbation will not transmit the virus.  The ways in which HIV is transmitted in adults is stated within this thread.  Your situation poses no risk for HIV.
