Am i infected with HIV and early symptoms ?

i had a sex with a pregnant woman 9 days ago.The first symptom was burning pee,it happened for only once also pee hole used to feel so weird  and hurt after peeing. 2nd one is that testicular pain,now there is not any other pain.I went to doctor and took STD test.The results were negative and i am taking some antibiotics against bacteria.Also only one itchy red spots are appeared short time after disappearing.My feet and calms are kinda sweety in the night. Am i infected with HIV? Another thing is that left eye feels weird almost blurry.Slight headache is happening for the only one side of the brain. I have taken STD test no gonorhhea and other disease.

So, this was unprotected sex?  Can you clarify that?  But you have to relax.  Symptoms you describe are not used to diagnose hiv (never heard of blurred vision being associated with hiv at all) and your anxiety in itself is going to cause symptoms!  The only thing that is an accurate way to diagnose HIV is a test and you can take a DUO test at 28 days.  That is IF you had unprotected sex.  If you had protected sex, you don't even need to test.  And the pregnant woman?  Why would she be HIV +?  She'd have to be in order to give anyone HIV and HIV is pretty rare in terms of the number of people who have it.  So, try to relax as your stress isn't helping you at all.

Yea it was unprotected test. I saw her Medical report. She has taken HIV test 2 days before the sex. The Result of her was Negative. But i am very stressed. I am going to take HIV test soon. Am i overthinking?

Doing any thinking without a test is overthinking, since only a test provides answers.
Plus she was negative so she would have to get positive from unprotected sex in her window test period and even then you wouldn't get HIV every time you have sex with her.
Did you have oral or vaginal sex?

I am really afraid of getting HIV regretting for the past 5 days. I am really thinking bad things about HIV. Anxiety and feeling fatigue
