I tested -ve at 17.5 weeks

Hi I  tested -ve at 17.5 weeks past my last exposure can I forget about testing again? I suffer from an Autoimmune diseases would this effet the test to give a false -ve? the test was not a rapid test it was an elisa test done in a hospital.

You are conclusively negative autoimmune disease or not.
