Yesterday I went to a local massage parlor in La Puente,California (so cali). The lady was Asian in her 40s. Whenever I get a massage at this location I always see the same girl.  Anyway during the happy ending I noticed she gave me a quick blow job probably for 10 sec. I am now worried if this event can i contract Hiv from this.  Also there was no intercouse or kissing.  I am male white 31 yo in good health.  I visit massage parlor once a month for happy ending only no intercouse or blowjob.    I hope I am not worried for nothing. Welcome to our Forum. I would not be worried about the exposure you mention. It is unlikely that your partner had HIV and even if she did there are NO cases in which HIV has been shown to be transmitted from an infected person to an uninfected person through performance of oral sex (fellatio).

there is no reason for concern regarding your receipt of oral sex and no need for testing. EWH
