This is a new question about another no risk activity. HIV is transmitted in adults ONLY by unprotected, penetrative genital or ano-genital contact. It is not tranmitted by kissing. touchng or mutual mastubation. the event you describe did not put you at risk for HIV. There is no need for concern, no need for testing and no need for PEP.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday I met with a boy of unknown status. I only allowed him to kiss in my chest, back and chick( no lip kissing). I was wearing frenchie and trouser and he was nude. I then shaked his penis for few minutes where may be very low amount of precum touched my hand. Skin of my hand was intact. My concern is that I shaved chick one to 1.5 hrs ago and one very small pimple was with little shippage( not actively. No bleeding at all) . If my hand with precum touched that area accidentally, do I have any chance of HIV? Should I take PEP?

This was a no risk even. HIV is transmitted in adults only through unprotected, penetrative intercourse or injection of infected material deep into adults. It is not transmitted by transfer from one person to another on a person's hands, by touching infected material or by contact of intact skin with another person's secretions or blood.
Even if the person you slept with had HIV (and since you do not know this, it is unlikely), there was no risk from the possible events you describe. No reason for concern and no reason for testing. EWH
