Condom half way HIV

My situation is that I was the top engaging in homosexual sex, and upon pulling out I noticed that my penis was only covered about 2/3 of the way. The condom looked like there was a fold at the base. I am wondering if rectal fluid could have entered the condom this way, thus making me vulnerable to HIV? Worried because I did trim the pubic region, and there may have been a razor cut on the base that could have been open, and giving an entry way for the virus? I did rub my unprotected head on the opening of the anus prior to engaging in intercourse, and I am assuming that this act in itself is not a risk, but out of curiosity, and for the sake of validity, would this be considered a risk as well?
Thank You!

You didn't have any HIV risk. Only the head needs to be protected so you are going to be fine.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air so the only sex risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal so outside rubbing is not a risk.

Thank you for the relief. Just got my own understanding of condoms; I always assumed they needed to be rolled down to the base because that's where the condom is the tightest. There's no way any fluid could get in from the base given that there was a fold? Thanks again.
