Is this a risk

I’ve been looking on this forum for a few days and from what I seen is

-vagina/anal no condom
-needle syringe direct share right after
-oral sex/kiss/fingering no risk

From my risk doesn’t involve sexual intercourse. With July 4th week, couple days ago my neighbor decided to shoot illegal fireworks (the one that fly in the air and makes those loud bang noise) well, somehow blew off some of his fingers and I ran quickly over to help him. He was waving arm back and forth that as i ran up to him, some his blood got into my face towards my mouth and it did get into my eyes. Is there need for testing over this? Any help please from the expert/leaders from this group

You correctly identified the three risks for HIV, which means that your event was NOT a risk for HIV.  Forget about it and move on.

Honestly you shouldn’t even worry . The risk is very very low. Hep B & Hep C can be transmitted like that, but the risk is almost nonexistent . If it’s really wearing you down, make an appointment with a doctor and get the Hep vaccine if you don’t have it. The risk is very high and would be something to worry about if you punctured your skin with someone that has blood on it, but the mouth, eyes, and nose are low risk .

You would both have to have deep gaping wounds (like in a car accident) with the virus thrust deeply inside so that didn't happen because neither of you could stand the pain.
The risk is zero, not very low.
I for sure didn’t have anything you describe. Thank you for your response and educating me on this
