Scared if i made the right call

I had an exposure 4 days back. I went to massage therapist who gave me a naked massage where she rubbed her naked body over me. For good 3-5 she rubbed her vagina over crotch as well. It was followed by fingering. i fingered her and she occasionally fingered herself as well and then at last with the same hand she gave me a handjob. I also touched my dick with the same hand that i fingered.

i mentioned this exposure to my local doctor who prescribed me PEP. I took a couple of dose but decided to discontinue as i read in several sites that mine is low risk exposure and taking PEP might having possible bad side effects in the future. i threw the medicines away but now i am scared if i made the right call.

Your question has been fully answered no risk.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( hand, maybe blood, maybe cut, maybe fluids, exterior body parts, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe. Any hiv test would be a waste of time.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
No risk=no hiv disease=no ARS symptoms.
You made the right call. I would find a new local doctor though, because this guy isn't very good at his job. Any site that calls this low risk is incorrect, since it is zero risk, which is very different.

People around me are asking if i made the right move and are advising me to get the medicine back. The logic behind been that health care professionals take PEP when exposed to the needle stick injury to be on the safer side and why I have to take this risk than to be cautious and safe? I have lost my power to make decision to anxiety
Regardless to continue pep or not you need to ask your self , do I have real risk for hiv transmission or no ?hiv is transmitted sexually  by unprotected vaginal or anal sex ?
After answering this question it is up to you to continue PEP or not .
As much as there was no unprotected penetration , there was no risk for hiv transmission .
Reading the CDC websites: The only possible risk would be if body fluids from a person with HIV touch the mucous membranes or damaged tissue of someone without HIV. Mucous membranes are found inside the rectum, vagina, opening of the penis, and mouth. Damaged tissue could include cuts, sores, or open wounds.

is the Penis head a mucous membrane?

i do not had penetrative sex.. Genital rubbing-vagina and my dick and then she gave me a handjob with the fand she used for fingering.. i also used the same hand to stroke myself as well with the hand that was used for fingering
and i am uncircumsised
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No other event that you can think of, including the event you mentioned, puts you at risk for HIV. You cannot get HIV from someone rubbing their vagina on your penis.  No penetration = no risk for HIV.  You did not need PEP and you do not need to test for HIV.

The risk you mentioned is theoretical only.  NO ONE has been infected in this manner.
Thanks Curfew.
I know you already covered this with "No Penetration=no risk for HIV" but still to confirm if one has a vaginal fluid in their hand while masturbating (either oneself or partner), it would also be considered as no risk. But there is a possibility that the vaginal fluid gets inside the urethra this way right? why it is a no risk? is it because the virus would be contact with air and loses its ability to infect. Please note this exposure takes place after few minutes/seconds after fingering episode, so the bodily fluid is not dried but rather fresh. Does NO ONE has been infected this way also includes this? i am asking because you mentioned only about "rubbing vagina on penis exposure" only
I already listed the ONLY risks for HIV.  As you can see, no activity from your event is on that list.
It seems you are in severe anxiety that you create imaginary scenario based on what if . As CurfewX explained to you in details no body gets hiv in this manner .
Ask your self , did I have unprotected penetrative vaginal /anal sex or no ? .
If no so please  move in cause you do not have risk for hiv . If yes so you have low risk .
Since you didn't answer the QUESTION in my advice, I'll do it for you. Answer> No, there wasn't a penis in my anus while she massaged me and she didn't inject me with a hollow needle so I should move on, instead of continuing to ask purposeless questions.  The only thing you believe is your own ideas, and you continue to tell everyone here that you know the hiv risks and no one here does. You don't have any medical training, so you should have zero faith in your own ideas, but unfortunately you only believe your own ideas which makes ZERO sense. You seem to think that 40 years of hiv medical history should be wiped out, and replaced with your ideas that you googled which makes zero sense.
This is an example of you skipping over the advice here and saying once again that you know the risks. "The logic behind been that health care professionals take PEP when exposed to the needle stick injury to be on the safer side and why I have to take this risk than to be cautious and safe? " Until you accept that you do not know what you are talking about, you will continue to live with anxiety.
Thanks All
And AnxiousNoMore: there was definitely no penis in my anus for sure, i am more concerned with vaginal fluid exposure by genital rub over my Penis and using the vaginal fluid to masturbate my Penis.
i have asked the Massage Lady to undergo HIV PCR test and HIV Duo Test. If the result comes back negative, i will stop the PEP.
Reading further in the internet, there was an article where i read PEP has been prescribed unnecessarily and I find this situation applicable in India. There is a online service for STD disease which make use of people anxiety to make money. When i reached out to them, the doctor told me there is a good chance of risk from microscopic cuts either in Hands or Penis which is not visible through naked eyes. And he was the one who adviced me to take PEP but in the prescription he mentioned i asked him for PEP. I have asked him multiple times whether this PEP for low risk event would cause unneccessary sideffeects and his reponse was unless if you have any any present Kidney or liver issue, it wont. He even told me he prescribes PEP for simple Body to Body contact to reduce people anxiety which i felt was not the right thing to do.
And her report came out Negative, should i be worried about her WINDOW period? her HIV 1 PCR test came out negative as well, that would mean she does not have detectable viral load and wont be able to infect anyone right?
The best thing to do is to book an appointment with therapist to manage your anxiety . Anxiety make you unable to think wisely . Hiv is not transmitted by vaginal fluid on your hand that touches your penis . Never , ever happened . Hiv only transmitted sexually by penetrative sex .
Stop searching Google . Move in .
I know i am really in anxiety. can you answer my last question, i am assuming you are an expert.. A person with negative PCR report would mean undetectable viral load, would they be able to spread the infection if they have been in Window period?
"And AnxiousNoMore: there was definitely no penis in my anus for sure, i am more concerned with ....." You are only concerned with your make-believe disease ideas. Reread all of the advice because you haven't understood ANY of it, and keep telling us that the 40 years of medical research on hiv needs to be rewritten.

Your own doctor told you he gave you this medicine because you have a mental health problem - anxiety.
Your mind is not logical, and you just jump from one made-up fear to another, so there is nothing anyone here can do to help you.
I agree AnxiousNoMore, its my anxiety thats ruling over me. I am gonna stop the PEP. I had my blood test today and the Kidney results are bad. I am harming myself from my own anxiety. I will put this to rest and now worry about my Kidney :-) (you got something to worry about right? just kidding). I really appreciate all of your help. I will be testing after 4 weeks and let you guys know that you were right about everything.
