Swallowing semen

I had unprotected oral sex with an african american male, unknown status 4 days ago.  I had been drinking heavily and he ejaculated in my mouth and I swallowed.  I am not ready to die with anxiety that I have potentially contracted HIV.  I'm married and never done anything like this before.  I don't know what to do, I'm now scared to touch my husband.  I have been getting heart cramps, not eating and now I feel as though my throat hurts.
What are the chances I could have contracted the disease?  Are you more susceptible when you are drinking?  What if I had a cut in my mouth???  Please help me

"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook

The good news is you did not contract HIV from this encounter but it wouldn't hurt to test for more common STDs,as long as you have avoided the big H then thats what really matters here.Cuts in your mouth would make no difference and acid in the gut would sort any HIV out quick smart. You can be intimate with your husband without any worries and it's up to you if you tell him what happened or not.
