Can the antibiotic cover the hiv sympthoms?

I'm sorry if I post another question about my risk, but I have a doubt.
During the first 4 week after my 3 times unprotected cunnilingus on the same girl I had a very slight sore throat due the sweat under the air con (i was in Indonesia, in the rainy season, so can u imagine hot, cold, water all day, air con and fan EVERYWHERE...) and coming back in the plane I got too much cold and my throat went bad, but after 2 days with antibiotic my throath improved a lot.
I took the antibiotic (2 per day x 6 days).
Now my lynph nodes are not inflammed, I feel a frizz sometimes under the armspit but no pain (only the lynph in the throat make me slight disconfort, but not much and i cannot see them)
My question is: can the antibiotic cover the symptoms?
I know from 3-6 week the symptoms (very notables symptoms like high fever, rush, ) but I have fear that the antibiotic can cover them.
Is it possible?
If u want kno my story search my last post about unprotectd cunnilingus.
Maybe it can help u to answer me.
I dont want pestering u guys, I kno there is many other people here that surely have more need of help than me, but i hope to have ur attention.
Thanks
Always sorry about my english
