Should I be worried about HIV, having sexually active

Hi Doctors,
Should I be worried about HIV. I'm sexually very active, at least twice a month with independent sex worker. Its always protected sex. My worry is that If I had to have sex twice a month that is about 24 encounters in a year. With probability, I always feel that at some point I might catch HIV, would I be worried?
