Oral sex/Mutual masturbation and symptoms

Hello,

I engaged in prolonged fremch kissing with another male and we engaged in mutual masturbation.

He performed oral sex on me for about 20-30 seconds. He was not bleeding and I do not have any sores on my penis so I know I had no risk from that event.

However, we continued the mutual masturbation and he ejaculated first. A few minutes later he masturbated me with the very same hand he ejaculated with, and I came.

I was worried because of the inevitable exchange of pre seminal fluid and later also semen I suppose since he came first. His hand was not dripping in sperm. But you don t really pay attention in those situations.

I called my local helpline and they told me that I should not worry about that event and that I am still negative (tested june 2015). I would just like to have a second opinion.

Now 4/5 days later I woke up with a sore throat...I am worried. should I be?

Thank you so much!

Are you certain about it being no risk? Is the sore throat I have now  (started 5 days post exposure) too early to be a symptom or not related to HIV?

I want to forget about this event but I don t want to be an ignorant and dismiss a risky situation.

Are whatever symptoms I will experience not related?

Thank you.

The place you called seems to be educated on HIV transmission. You had no risk.
