A little too worried about HIV

Hello,i have been coming back and forth to the forum for the past 2 weeks.

In my life i had 3 risky sexual activities. One was two years ago (condom broke when trying to penetrate, penetration did not occur but some skin may have touched the vagina),one last year with a japanese girl (claims not to be infected, but vaginal sex and oral sex happened without a condom) and last one was june 28,this summer with a finnish woman (5 minutes,no ejaculating, but without condom vaginal sex). Two weeks ago i started to have abdominal pain and low grade fever so i went to the hospital suspecting appendicitis. They sent me home with a gastroenteritis diagnosis, did take my medicine but the symptoms are still here.Lower Abdominal pain,37C fever (occuring always when i think i may have HIV), constipation,a hard lymph node on my upper right side of the groin, i have some trouble with my knuckle joints, they become stiff when i keep pressing my finger for 1-2 minutes on a surface, also my index finger and ring finger have tiny skin colour bumps, scaly in touch, have some bumps on my chest area, skin colour not scaly, and i ve noticed 5 pinhead sized red spots, three on my arms, one on the back and one in my lower left abdomen.
On a sidenote,i lived in highly unsanitary conditions for 2 months until last week, including rotting food, some tiny bugs, tiny flies, tiny white worms.

HIV or typhoid fever AND OCD? please help me.

Also, i m really scared to get tested for hiv,i ve even considered suicide in case of a positive result.

Thanks in advance,
PR

"i ve even considered suicide in case of a positive result." To say this is very disrespectuful to the people living with HIV. If you really have those thoughts then see a therapist.

Test 3 months post last exposure which would be now for a conclusive result. We can not diagnosis you only a test can.
