Of course they can have a baby. In fact mono is very common, many people have been exposed to the virus at some point of their life, but not everyone develops symptoms. You can get mono easily through any types of direct contact with saliva from someone who is recently infected with mono.

Mono is a common kind of disease which has about all the same symptoms as ars/hiv. It is much more easier to transmit, and it is also considered as an incurable disease and people could get sick from it or very long too. But the difference is, while hiv is quite deadly, mono is rather harmless. People who has mono would have the mono virus in their body for the rest of their lives without any real problems.

Mono is normally considered to be a kissing disease but recently I have been reading the it can be transmitted with penetrative sex . That came as a surprise to me.
