Deep kissing, HIV Risk?

Hi,
I had a feel drink that night, deep kissed/french kissed a girl. (Just kissing, no sex)

2 weeks later, lymph node(neck) starts to feel tender. ( Mild fatigue, no fever ). Gums starts to bleed easily by brushing. Went to see a dental and did a clean up. ( Possible damaged my gum nerve while cleaning up. )

On the third week, starts to feel tingly/itchy and burning feeling around the lips area. Skin itch without rash. Mild headache/ at the temple area. Shortness of breath( very very mild), dry cough( very very mild)

Fourth week(Currently), tingling feeling in the mouth ( Possible nerve issues?), lymph node( Neck and shoulder) is not as tender( Possible recovering?). Spotted one ulcer in my mouth.

To be honest, I'm really confused with my symptoms. Could this be a possible acute hiv symptoms? Pls advice....

You have to have had unprotected sex to be even thinking about HIV. You have no HIV concern. Kissing carries no risk. Please get a doctor to check your ailments. They're not HIV related.
