You had no risk and no reason to test. You're completely fine and should stop worrying. I have nothing to add to what I've already told you previously.
For the LAST time, you NEVER had a risk.
PLEASE feel confident about moving on!
I got a family. I feel cant move on.
Thanks, Chima7. I thought the massage center was among the real ones. I did not expect the therapists to get excited while giving a massage. I guess nobody would expect such an event especially when getting massaged face down. And for hygienic purpose, I even requested a layer of unused towel to be placed on top of the bedsheet. Thanks for the reassurance. I wish it lasts at least until testing is due.
Guilt and regret do not change the fact that you had no risk. You had no risk and there's nothing to test. This is just a suggestion but if such activity causes you this much concern then you should consider not participating in such things in the future. There are many reputable massage therapists out there that do real massage for therapeutic reasons. You should consider in the future to only visit those instead.
Today I woke up. I feel so afraid with deep regret. RubyWitch, are you sure that I had No Risk? I am feeling insecure.
Thanks, that calms me down :)
Hello, only you could know why you're still afraid after getting scientific facts. As RubyWitch already told you in the best possible ans concise way, you had no risk. HIV cannot be transited outside the body.
The figures you found are about people exposed to HIV risks and don't get tested, as weren't exposed to any risk, those figures have nothing to do with your case.
Hope this helps.
Is this incident considered as a sexual activity? Because if am not mistaken, CDC recommends that any sexually active individual should test for hiv and other STDs regularly.
Do I need testing just in case? I read on the net that 'UNAIDS report shows that 19 million of the 35 million people living with HIV today do not know that they have the virus' :(
Without unprotected insertive intercourse, you had NO RISK and do NOT need to test.
What you experienced is NOT how HIV is transmitted.
