Accidentally breaking someone's skin with teeth

So I was playing basketball two days ago with a couple of friends. A tall friend was about to make a spin move and I tried to steal the ball, I ended up hitting my front two teeth with his elbow. His skin broke but we separated the second we got hit. To my knowledge he doesn't have hiv since his girlfriend has a baby which I assume is breastfeeding. Can I get hiv from that incident? Please let me know.

Crashing into someone and drawing blood happens in athletics a lot and no one can get HIV because it is instantly inactivated in air. Plus it is instantly inactivated in saliva, although many collisions that draw blood don't involve the mouth. Only non-sexual risks for HIV are sharing needles that you inject with which you didn't do so you are safe. No need to test.
